RESPONSIBILITIES

Support our culturally diverse and dynamic team for 5-6 months as part of your mandatory internship in the field of personnel transfers. During your internship, you work in a global transfer management team and support them in both day-to-day business and project work.

• From day one, you are actively involved in all phases of a transfer, including administrative support.
• You work closely with the team, HR business partners and service providers.
• Additionally, you have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for process optimization and support their implementation.
• You also contribute to the further development of our knowledge management.
• Further, you gain insights into the global management of service providers and communication with various stakeholders. stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• enrolled student and ideally initial experience abroad
• affinity for IT programs and interest in digitalization
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communication skills in English and German
• ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas
