Inter Miami CF is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Supervisor to overseeing our store and back-of-house team in managing the flow of merchandise for our retail operations. This full-time role bases at our Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of our retail warehouse and store, maintaining high standards, and contributing to an exceptional fan and customer experience. As Store Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Retail, to manage and develop store associates, optimize processes, and uphold Inter Miami's high-performance culture. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse shipping and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Manage the replenishment process to ensure the retail floor is consistently stocked with merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work with the General Manager to determine the most efficient warehouse layout and storage solutions.
• Ensure all stock is clearly labeled, stored systematically, and accessible for restocking and inventory management.
• Keep accurate records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
• Audit markdowns and inventory processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Partner with the General Manager, Retail, to train and develop store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Recognize and encourage team members through regular feedback and collaboration.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Inter Miami CF, ensuring merchandise operations reflect the club's professionalism and values. 
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned by the General Manager, including assisting with retail initiatives, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a retail or merchandising setting.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain an efficient and well-organized workspace.
• Flexibility to work game days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
