Position Summary:
Responsible for delivering and facilitating recruiting efforts for assigned positions in the organization. Proactively identifies and recruits top talent through local and national recruiting efforts, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing and employing new, creative recruiting ideas to meet the company’s talent acquisition needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and manages all facets of recruiting effort, from job postings, sourcing/screening, through to offer and closing, all while maintaining commitment to speed, quality of hire, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develops and executes recruiting and sourcing strategies with hiring manager and maintains effective and proactive communication to keep all stakeholders informed throughout process.
- Effectively negotiates with candidate, ensures compliance to offer processes and works closely with HRBP.
- Develops and maintains a pipeline of strong talent and referrers for functional groups supported. Builds deep understanding of talent needs and business acumen for assigned functional areas.
- Ensures ATS is populated with up-to-date information at all times and masters and leverages all required tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Job Slots, Total Rewards, etc.
- Promotes a diverse candidate slate and works with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to identify and engage diverse candidates. Ensures compliance with EEO/AAP throughout entire process.
- Serves as an example of company values and ethics, both inside the company as well as externally with vendors, online, and at industry or business oriented events.

Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered. Minimum 6 years of progressive responsibility in full life cycle staffing/recruitment in a medium to high volume corporate environment. Experience within the life sciences environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Pharmaceutical recruiting experience required, with clinical/R&D expertise highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of excellence with full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical roles.
- Strong consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various stakeholders (Candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Executive Leadership, Vendors, etc.)
- Experience researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, and experience handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated knowledge and compliance with HR recruiting processes and practices.
- Proven mastery of technical tools and exceptional record keeping practices.
Scope: Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
