Administrative Assistant II

Full Time – First Shift

Baptist Health outpatient oncology, where compassionate care meets advanced treatment. Our cancer center offers medical oncology, infusion therapy, radiation oncology, and genetic counseling. Job Description:

• The Administrative Assistant, coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support activities on behalf of the Oncology Pathway and under direction of the Executive Director and Medical Director.

• Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external

• constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues.

• Coordinates and oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events.

• May serve on a variety of committees in a support capacity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimal three years’ experience in a similar position required.
