JOB SUMMARY:

The VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) supports the global organization to achieve short, medium and long-term strategic and financial goals. In this role, you are responsible for leading a team dedicated to FP&A and a team dedicated to supporting the financial systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):

• Lead the annual budget, forecast, and strategic planning process for the company, providing strong strategic leadership throughout.
• Build relationships with corporate leaders to ensure effective collaboration and financial alignment across departments.
• Oversee corporate financial reporting, finance systems, and ensure timely and accurate financial results are presented to senior management and the board of directors.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of processes to shift focus towards analysis and value-added activities.
• Partner with business units to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital planning, while ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess company performance and ensure financial health.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits and risk management activities.
• Develop and mentor the finance team through active performance management and coaching.
• Lead organizational changes and ensure the financial planning function supports evolving business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; Masters preferred.
