Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of events, managing staff, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain excellent service delivery. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining budgetary control, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for compliance with safety regulations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and coordinating logistics for major events at the venue.

Daily Tasks:

•    Maintains "show quality" of all areas at all times
•    Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
•    Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
•    Achieves daily sales and assigned cost goals
•    Monitors inventory procedures for accountability
•    Re-stocking of concessions and bars to maximize event readiness
•    Performs post evening product inventory, yields, and restocks, as needed
•    Assists with purchasing and inventory; assists with monthly beverage specials (roll out and implementation), ensuring the team is     trained on the program
•    Ensuring all appropriate alcohol service signage is placed and that Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followed
•    Interviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
•    Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
•    Ensures that all security, safety, sanitation and maintenance standards are achieved
•    Ensures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelines
•    Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
