Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI agent-based workflows that automate business processes and decision-making.
• Build and maintain Python services and components that interact with .NET-based systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop automation strategies.
• Leverage tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or custom agent frameworks to build intelligent agents capable of reasoning and execution.
• Integrate third-party APIs, internal microservices, and enterprise data sources into agentic pipelines.
• Ensure code is robust, scalable, and adheres to company standards for security and performance.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, particularly around LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• 1–2 years of experience with AI/ML, particularly building agentic workflows or LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NET/C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts like function calling, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agents.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools such as Lang Chain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Background in insurance, finance, or other regulated industries.

COMPENSATION:

Up to $130,000 for this role will depend on several factors including relevant experience, credentials, skills, geographical location, and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
