Data Engineer

Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will handle Alteryx modules in order to automate flows and be able to understand and manage SAS Base current queries in order to translate them in new solutions/ reports.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ability to manage and improve our ETL environment in collaboration with the current person in charge. Participate to the transformation/automation of flows in order to facilitate handling of data with Alteryx. Supporting the stakeholders with ad hoc requests

• Working at a better understanding, vision of potential evolution of the architecture / environments / solutions with the other team members

• Ability to teach SAS Base/ SQL to  team members.

About You:

• Master's degree in the IT field
• Fluent in French/Dutch and English.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of ETL techniques : from extraction to files & dashboard deliveries

• Good knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server and analytics database like Teradata, Sybase IQ, ...

• Good knowledge in  SAS BASE

• Good knowledge in Alteryx (or able to learn it quickly)

• Notions in data visualization solutions and techniques
