Where the chemistry happens…

This position will work alongside third-party strategic partners and the Agricultural Solutions (AP) Digital Factory team to bring together Systems of Engagement (SOE) solutions. A key part of this role is to manage expectations, identify synergies and opportunities across the region and ensure alignment with our global IT and AP initiatives.
Select systems will need to be retired as we transition to the new platforms without interrupting the effectiveness of daily operations or negatively impacting the customer or employee experience.  Current and evolving data privacy laws in the region must be considered during SOE implementation.

As a Head of Regional Commercial Effectiveness, You Create Chemistry By...

•    Managing the holistic Commercial Hub roadmap with oversight of activities along business processes, with strong collaboration across the global and country teams.
•    Organizing and documenting delivery and budget progress to ensure timely communication across stakeholders including Steering Committee meetings, project overviews, etc.
•    Coordinating and supporting the process expert community with Commercial Excellence leaders and country leads to ensure change management and adoption for delivering business results.
•    Perceiving, understanding, learning the ongoing business priorities and related Commercial Excellence initiatives in commercial effectiveness, customer experience, and revenue management to evaluate how the Commercial Hub can support overall Commercial Excellence execution.
•    Maintaining regular communications with stakeholders and Steering Committee to provide updates and address concerns by leading regular meetings, preparing status reports, and providing timely responses to inquiries.

If you...

•    Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a focus in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or Computer Science / IT; MBA preferred.
•    Are certified in Project Management, Agile methodologies is a plus.
•    Have a minimum of 7-10 years of proven leadership experience being proficient in managing key complex projects spanning across North America.
•    Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer service domains. Experience in customer-related activities globally, regionally, or locally is a plus.
•    Possess the ability to navigate in complex, volatile, uncertain, and ever-changing environments working across an organizational matrix, collaborating with business functions and mobilizing resources in an engaging and empathetic way.  
•    Leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, team members and senior executives.
