ANDRITZ Fiedler GmbH is part of the Pulp &amp; Paper sector and primarily manufactures technical wear products for plants in paper and food production, such as screen baskets and rotors, as well as protective screens.</span></p> <p><span>The company, based in Regensburg, employs approximately 300 workers.</span><br/>  </p> <p><span>We are currently looking for a</span><br/>  </p> <p><span><b>Screening-Global Product Manager UTurn Rotor &amp; Screen Rebuilds (m/w/d)</b></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Job Description:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span><span>Responsibility for the product design, manufacturing and competitiveness for the new product line “UTurn rotor” as well as bearing units for pressure screens in general</span></span></span></p> </li> <li><span><span><span>Managing profitability of individual products based on actual COGS levels and market pricing</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Responsibility to develop a competitive product portfolio incl. scope, performance, price, standardization and life cycle roadmap</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Marketing strategy to cover customer requirements, competitor analysis, price and performance analysis, in alignment with the regional product managers</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Developing USP’s (unique selling proposition) and value proposition for every product development</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Develop cost effective supplier network and ensure global spare parts availability</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Best-practice sharing internally and externally</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Interaction with our global organization</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Provide product training for the region sales organizations to meet target volumes</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span>Reports directly to the Head of Global Product Home</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><b><span>Qualification and Skills</span></b></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or similar technical background required</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Project management experience</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Machinery/engineering skills</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>IT Technology skills for all engineering relevant tools</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Very good German and English language levels</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Availability to travel approximately 20 - 30% of the working time according to business needs</span>.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.</span></p>
