At Oracle Health, we’re on a mission to transform how health happens. Our technologies empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and ultimately save lives. By unifying global health data, we’re creating a more human-centric healthcare experience—one that helps the world’s largest health systems turn information into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
Big challenges drive us, and we’re looking for people who share our passion for improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you’re energized by the idea of making healthcare more human, you’ll feel right at home here.
We’re seeking an experienced Principal Consultant with deep knowledge of pharmacy workflows, solutions, and best practices across inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll partner closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and managers to design, configure, and optimize systems that improve safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
As a trusted consultant, you’ll guide clients through current state assessments, map future workflows, and ensure systems are designed and tested to meet their needs. You’ll use methodologies like stop-start-continue to uncover opportunities, coach clients on data collection and requirements, and oversee solution builds. You’ll also serve as a mentor to associate consultants, a partner to project leaders, and a strong advocate for clients—navigating challenges, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships along the way.
