Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring an RN for our Central Float Pool! This is a Full Time, night shift position (12 hours 7P to 7A)

Sign On Bonus up to 20k and Premium Differentials available!

The Central Float Pool at SMJH is hospital specific and includes floating to units with additional need due to either acuity or staffing in IMCU or Medsurg and additional training offered for ED or ICU. Sentara is committed to safe staffing levels. This unit is for those who enjoy variety or are interested in learning new skills. Due to the advanced level of practice 2 years of nursing experience is preferred but those with a background in hospital prior to gaining licensure are also considered.

Requirements:

• RN License- Required
• 2 years of experience- Preferred
• Critical Care experience- Preferred
• Degree or Diploma from an accredited registered nursing program- required
