Enhancement Crew Member

Description

Russell Landscape is seeking dependable and motivated Enhancement Crew Members to assist with the installation of landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in delivering quality results as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape enhancement installations including planting, mulching, seasonal color, sod installation, and small hardscape projects.
• Follow direction from the Crew Leader to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and properly use tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with equipment operation as trained.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or supervisor.
  

Qualifications

• Previous landscape or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn landscape installation and enhancement techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
