Position Overview

We are seeking an intelligence analyst/staff officer to provide support to the USSPACECOM J28 capabilities and requirements team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with combatant commands to understand and document their mission needs
• Uses working knowledge of the JCIDs process for accomplishing staff work
• Supports task management due outs and deadlines
• Participates in working groups, authors/edits position papers
• Collaborates with Intelligence analysts to identify requirements for space/counterspace issues  
• Maintains awareness of ongoing efforts to satisfy requirements and deadlines 
• Works with HQ SPACECOM, components, MAJCOMs, and IC to coordinate requirements and priorities

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly, or ability to obtain one before starting

Preferred Qualifications

• Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
