We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr. Repair Center Product Specialist within Alcon's Global Technical Services (GTS) team, you will be trusted to work hands-on repairing Alcon's innovative and sight-restoring medical devices.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Lead the troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of complex equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Manage workcell issues and ensure successful completion of build plans and related activities.
Mentor and train Repair Center Specialists, providing guidance on complex technical issues.
Work independently from schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions to perform complex Electro-Mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and repair with minimal supervision
Support continuous improvements and demonstrate advanced teamwork skills to enhance organizational performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
3 Years of Relevant Experience

Additional Position Information:
8+ years of experience and expertise in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electromechanical devices, with a strong preference for experience with medical devices.
Strong understanding of established documents, computer applications, and related equipment.
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9/80 Schedule (80 hours over 9 days / every other Friday off)
