- Experience with agreement negotiations or managing legal agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

- Excellent influencing skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and building consensus.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.
The TV Media and Entertainment Content partnerships team is a group within the Lifestyle Businesses and experiences area. The team is focused on enabling and managing content partnerships and facilitate agreements for our TV platform.
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will manage current TV content partnerships, open doors with potential content partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities for our TV ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You will be comfortable in escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to executive management. You will work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of strategic TV partnerships, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that drive significant business growth and engaged advantage.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key content partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Discuss and structure TV partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of TV partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Play, Marketing, Legal) to ensure successful launch and ongoing operations.
