The Headlines:
In the role of Storeroom Attendant working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Procurement Team at the Golden Brewery. You will receive, count, inspect and verify incoming materials and operating supplies and use equipment to unload or move heavy materials.
You will maintain storeroom inventories and participate in regular physical cycle counting and keep track of inventory levels. You will use a computer to enter issue tickets from plant personnel and input/record what is received and disbursed to/from the storeroom.
This position reports to Team Leader – Procurement and works closely with procurement, Sr. Storeroom Attendant, and other team members.
The Responsibilities:
- Pack materials not meeting specifications for return to suppliers and prepare materials for shipment to other plants.
- Weigh material to be sent out and move boxes to proper pick-up point.
- Assist with resolving any differences with buyers and suppliers.
- Perform clerical duties such as labelling bins, recording and filing.
- Monitor and rectify issues for open purchase orders.
- Check the inventory levels of all bins and storage areas.
The Other Qualifications:
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a storeroom environment, with at least 1 year of previous experience.
- You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
- You have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You are willing to work a variety of shifts and overtime as needed.
- Have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- You have worked with SAP previously and have been certified to operate a forklift.

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $24.50
