About Client Success at iCapital:  

Client Success includes four distinct business units (Investor Relations, Enterprise Integration, Client Operations and Reporting, and Fund Finance) within one vertical to ensure that our clients reach their desired outcomes when using our products and services. This internship will interact specifically with Investor Relations and Client Operations and Reporting although interns will have an opportunity to meet with individuals from other teams and learn about each of the distinct departments. 

We look to anticipate clients’ challenges and questions and proactively provide solutions and answers.  These teams focus on customer support, fielding questions, and working collectively to solve them efficiently.  These departments are two of the largest within iCapital playing critical roles to ensure our clients’ success. 

 

In your internship, as part of the Client Success team, some areas of responsibility may include: 

• Participate in project-based work integral to communicating and servicing investors and clients. 
• Leverage Salesforce and Fresh Desk systems for business solutions. 
• Assist with data reviews and reconciliations to increase team efficiency. 

The ideal candidate: 

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver 
• Possesses foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities 
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail 
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
