The company aims to completely optimise all aspects of an entrepreneur’s life (email, calendar, travel) and optimise the seemingly mundane business processes (invoicing, payment collection, etc). They are taking ordinary tasks and processes and strategizing how they can be done better, in less time.

The #1 impact metric of Atlas Assistants is 1 Million Transformed (1MT) Hours…

They track this number every single day to make sure they’re on track. These are the delegated hours that entrepreneurs and their teams get back so they can:

→ Work less, take some space & enjoy life more

→ Spend time with family

→ Work on themselves

At Atlas, you’ll be exposed to all different aspects of business in different industries, where you’ll learn something new every day. The company is consistently focused on learning, growing, and optimizing, encouraging transparent communication and an open culture of feedback!

✅ Integrity: They operate from honesty, transparency, and consistency in their actions, and they are committed to aligning their actions with their purpose, values, and vision.

✅ Growth: They prioritize growth over comfort and commit to constant improvement. They seek intentional growth and strive to live each day better than the last.

✅ Courageous Conversations: They openly address issues, seek help when necessary, give and receive feedback, and speak up, even when it's uncomfortable. The absolutely do not gossip or have triangular conversations.

✅ Master/ Mentor: They are dedicated to being the best at what they do. They master their craft, learn from their experiences, and teach others to shorten their learning process.
