The Senior Manager, AI & Data Solutions - Office based in Warsaw (PL) will play a high-impact role for a forward-thinking professional passionate about digital transformation. We are seeking a commercially minded, results-oriented AI & Data Solutions Senior Manager to support BMS’s journey toward data-driven excellence - helping commercial teams unlock insights, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable impact across sales, medical, marketing, and market access.

The Senior Manager, AI & Data Solutions will connect commercial strategy with technology. With a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, this person will help translate business needs into actionable AI and data solutions - accelerating growth, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to innovation across the pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data-driven decision-making by helping translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for commercial teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and contribute to the development of data & AI strategies that drive differentiation and engagement.

• Assist in shaping a data strategy that integrates internal and external sources for improved business understanding.

• Contribute to the automation of data integration, processing, and reporting to improve scalability and efficiency.

• Help design and implement analytics tools that reduce manual work and enable faster, smarter decisions.

• Promote the adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive models and machine learning, to elevate organizational maturity.

• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and suggest enhancements to maximize business impact.

• Build strong relationships with commercial stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for data and technology.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree (MS or equivalent) in economics, IT, or digital health-related fields.

• 6–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.

• Good verbal and written communication skills (both in English and local language)

• Experience supporting data transformation initiatives and contributing to AI-based solutions.

• Solid project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Veeva, Salesforce, and GenAI.

• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and global environments.
