Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Develop BIM models from LiDAR point clouds
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience preferred
• Experience with commercial construction projects phasing and coordination
• Experience with Virtual Design and Construction coordination for active construction sites
• Experience with clash detection and reporting
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Recap, Cyclone
• Architectural degree preferred
• Experience with sUAS systems
• Experience with visualization tools and rendering

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.  AA in Engineering technology or drafting required.
• Minimum of 6 - 10+ years of professional experience. 
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
