At Reckitt, we're looking for an IT &amp; D Senior Business Analyst to bring fresh thinking and a creative approach to our fast-paced team. You will be pivotal in driving forward our cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with a dedicated team to develop new detections and refine our systems, all within the dynamic world of Splunk technologies. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>Dive into a role where your ability for innovation and problem-solving can thrive, keeping us ahead in a world of ever-evolving cyber challenges.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Build and implement automation solutions to streamline ITGC testing, monitoring, and reporting activities using modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Python, RPA, custom scripts, AI-enabled tools).</li> <li>Pilot and scale AI-based risk monitoring and analytics tools to transform how we assess control effectiveness and detect anomalies. </li> <li>Develop intuitive, dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable real-time insights and executive decision-making. </li> <li>Integrate automated control execution and monitoring into IT workflows, partnering with engineering and product teams across the organisation. </li> <li>Support the implementation of AuditBoard and other GRC platforms, with a focus on automation and integration with upstream systems. </li> <li>Partner with 1st Line of Defense teams to co-design and embed automated control routines directly into system and process landscapes. </li> <li>Identify opportunities to replace manual controls with tech-enabled alternatives or intelligent exception-based monitoring. </li> <li>Contribute to the broader Controls Transformation programme, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. </li> <li>Engage with internal and external auditors (e.g., EY, KPMG) during reviews of automation effectiveness and ITGC control environments. </li> </ul><h2>The experience we're looking for</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in automation, data engineering, tech risk, IT audit, or adjacent disciplines. </li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath), scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL), or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). </li> <li>Experience implementing or integrating emerging AI-based compliance and assurance tools is a major plus. </li> <li>Working knowledge (or high interest in learning) IT General Controls, GRC frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, COBIT), and their automation potential. </li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow). </li> <li>Passion for problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. </li> <li>Comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. </li> <li>Open to learning ITGC concepts on the job – prior deep experience not required. </li> <li>A collaborative and curious mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo. </li> <li>Experience of working in a multi-skilled and diverse IT team. </li> </ul><h2>The skills
