About the Role:
Leads the design and delivery of scalable, production-grade data and analytics systems. Owns complex initiatives across the data lifecycle and ensures solutions are architected with strong engineering discipline, automation, and long-term maintainability._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Architect scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and integrated reporting frameworks.
Design analytics solutions that connect storage, transformation, and visualization layers.
Lead adoption of Git-based workflows, code review standards, and branching strategies.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of data assets.
Leverage infrastructure-as-code practices to manage environments consistently.
Establish best practices for performance optimization, governance, and monitoring.
Partner with business leaders to define standardized KPIs and metrics.
Mentor engineers in engineering rigor, deployment discipline, and solution design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field and 4+ experience with system/data integration, development or implementation of enterprise and/or cloud software OR
Master's degree and 2+ years of similar experience noted above
Operates with full accountability for system performance, reliability, and business impact.
Drives clarity in ambiguous situations by defining scope, risks, and measurable outcomes.
Balances speed of delivery with long-term scalability and maintainability.
Influences cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven reasoning.
Upholds and reinforces engineering and governance standards across the team.
Deep expertise in data modeling and scalable architecture patterns.
