Job description Overview of the roleThis non-operational role sits within the Health, Safety, Fire and Litigation function, part of the National Service: Health, Safety, Litigation, Estates & Safety Group. The post reports directly to the B8 Deputy Head of the National Litigation Team (NLT) and carries line management responsibilities.
The post holder plays a key role in ensuring the effective management of Judicial Reviews brought against His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).
