Manufacturing Production Technician

Job Duties:

• Safety First
  • Be accountable for yourself and help team members drive a culture of safety.
• Customer Focus
  • Working on or supporting our production lines to ensure on time delivery of refractory products to our customers.
• Quality Control
  • Own quality compliance for your assigned working area.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Observe your assigned processes and identify areas for improvement.
• On Time Delivery
  • Work on or support the production line to ensure product is made in a timely manner to meet customer demands. This may include:
    • Operating and maintaining machinery; loading and offloading material.
    • Supporting the production line by moving material to and from the line, transporting material throughout the plant, and loading pallets.

Qualifications:

• Must have ability to pass aptitude test.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety/OSHA standards.
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
