What you will doThe Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, forecasting trends, and providing insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning. Specific responsibilities include:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support the organization’s business goals, identify financial trends, and offer actionable insights
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, monitoring variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions
Gather, analyze, and maintain financial data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Build and maintain financial models to assess potential business opportunities, risks, and outcomes.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company performance and provide actionable insights
Compare financial performance against historical data and provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations
Work closely with various teams to understand business needs and provide financial support and guidance
Prepare regular reports on financial performance for leaders and other stakeholders
Compile, present, and discuss analysis and insights with customers in an impactful narrative and visual form
Ensure financial activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar role
Experience with databases and reporting from databases (preferred Snowflake and Excel power query)
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and excel skills required

CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $101,250, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
