THE JOB:

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Follow a personalized learning plan tailored to your goals and development.

• Gain valuable insights by working within one or two key departments.

• Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including diversity training and community events.

• Collaborate with professionals at all levels, from line-level team members to senior leaders.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a 3.0+ GPA.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Availability to complete the full 10-week internship.

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$18.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

 

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
