- A1 Acts in a safe manner protecting each associate, customer, vendor and all other individuals with whom the person comes in contact from injury.

- A3 Assures that the store is stocked with product and presentable to the customers before the start of the business day.
- A4 Responsible for customer satisfaction, associate morale, and contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the night crew; while acting as a member of the total store team.
Task Measurement
- A1 Punches in on Unitime clock as scheduled - ready, willing, and able to start work as scheduled
- Ready, willing, and able to start work as scheduled; Be on time for your shift; Report to the Night Crew Chief; Call at least four hours before shift if you are going to be absent or tardy
- A2 100% adherence to the Dress Code

- No injuries to yourself, the customer, fellow associates, and anyone else who may be involved; Know how to handle case cutters; Be aware of the proper handling of cleaning solutions; Know how to use the baler, fork lifts, pallet jacks, and compactors
- A6 Practices safe procedures regarding lifting
- Use the proper methods of lifting boxes and product to insure no injuries to yourself, the customer, fellow associates, and anyone else who may be involved; Use the strength of your legs to lift boxes and not the muscles of your back
- A7 Stretch muscles before beginning work
- 5 minutes of stretching and loosening up to prevent injuries; Regular stretching should be done during the work shift to keep loose
- A8 Break down the load T
- ake product off the pallet; Place on a cart; Move the cart to various locations in the aisle; Cut open boxes using proper safety methods; Put product on shelf neatly; Faced; With label facing forward; Above the correct MSI Tag; Above the appropriate hole and properly stocked
- A9 Dress down the aisle
- Front the merchandise, pulling all product forward to the appropriate line so that the entire aisle looks full; All labels faced forward; All product must be placed above the correct panel; No product in other holes
- A10 Cutting the boxes
- Blade faces away from you and into the box; Cut around the box
- A11 Lifting boxes
- Squat your legs down; Use the strength of your legs to lift boxes
- A12 Removes dead stock to the back room and asterisk the product
- Put dead stock on cart, move to the back room in the appropriate place in the back room; Correctly label product with asterisk (*)
- A13 Checks dead stock
- Attempt to put dead stock on the shelf
- A14 Works dead stock
- Go to the back room, pull from cart, and load onto shelf
- A15 Rotates product for safety and presentation
- Old product in the front or bottom or nearest the customer; New product in the back or on top or the farthest from the customer; Product should be rotated or removed from the shelf and thrown into proper receptacle if it is out of
