About Golden Touch ABA:
Golden Touch ABA is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapists (RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to use prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop essential skills for independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding the daily activities of clients.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload.
