The opportunity:
As a Product Manager - Payments you will be part of the biggest domain at Mollie.
We started as a leading payment provider in the Netherlands and are now actively growing in the rest of Europe. We aim to not just provide a wide selection of various payments methods, we tailor our integrations to maximise conversion, simplify APIs yet keep them sophisticated. We make it easy to navigate in a complex regulatory environment and are here to offer “all things payments”. We believe that while payments are an essential part of the consumer journey, it should be as easy as a “plug and play” solution for our merchants. Whether it’s a sophisticated customised integration or as simple as a payment link generation.

What you'll be doing:
You will join a highly energised team of product managers and engineers from various backgrounds. Your team will be a good mix of engineers of various skill levels, including some of our most experienced colleagues.
You will follow the latest developments in the payments industry and continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
You will focus on the product strategy and competitiveness while improving our platform, processes and tooling in order to deliver a scalable offering
You will lead product areas end to end by understanding competitive landscape, market challenges, have an extreme attention to detail and can concisely communicate complex concepts.
You’ll monitor product performance using key metrics and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring
5+ years of Product Management experience in payments environment
Ability to lead product teams with multiple stakeholders
Experience defining longer term strategy and aligning with the senior management
Ability to gather insights, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Experience driving the product roadmap, setting clear objectives and prioritising feature enhancements.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication in English and organisational skills
