Job Description

• Earn $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail

You will contribute by:

• Maintaining records on the destination, weight, and charges on all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Interacting with drivers at the clerk window on
• Performing data entry, labeling, and filing, generating import files, assisting with the tracking and expediting of freight, and freight and broker invoice auditing
• Ensuring the curacy of rate charges by verifying the classification of materials with the rate schedule
• Monitoring pending shipments related to the shipping schedules of purchases issued and updating the traffic record system
• Confirming the information, providing product information, resolving problems, determining the method of shipment and shipping items, and maintaining records
• Scanning or hand-entering information into a computer
• Creating bills of lading, shipment reports, and processing incoming and outgoing shipment record
• Maintaining records of overcharges and damages to goods in transit
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
