The pay rate for this position is $12.852 per hour.

JOB DUTIES:

- Enter crash data into our database.
- Review entered crash data for accuracy.
- Make changes where needed.
- Determine which cases need to be sent to the DMV-Financial Responsibility.
- Open and scan incoming mail.
- Answer phones and help the public with crash questions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


 

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the public and answering phones.
  • Experience working with confidential information.

Other:
Regular and reliable attendance is required.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with the public.
