Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Specialist to join the FAB Core Quality Team located in Auburn, WA.

In this role, the ideal candidate will have a passion for staffing and finance, serving as the staffing focal for twenty-one Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) in Fabrication. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize staffing processes, support strategic planning initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams in developing effective policies and procedures, all while ensuring compliance with program and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the staffing focal for twenty-one Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) in Fabrication

  • Acts as the focal for Adaptive Planning initiatives

  • Develops standardized processes to streamline the collection and management of staffing data needed to support various planning activities

  • Leverages data-driven insights to support informed decision-making

  • Develops quality budgets and cost estimates

  • Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to ensure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed

  • Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions

  • Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite Auburn, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to gather, format, and manipulate data for the purpose of performing both business related and technical analysis

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing/hiring plans

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

  • 2+ years of experience working with Tableau

  • Finance or Industrial Engineering background

  • Experience tracking and reporting financial plans (risks, staffing/headcount, etc.)

Summary Pay Range: $107,100 - $144,900
