Data-driven insight and performance transparency are critical enablers of consistent clinical quality and sustainable business performance across our veterinary network.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p><p><span>The <strong>Operations Performance Senior Manager</strong> is responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously evolving data-driven performance tracking frameworks and practices that enable clear operational visibility across MVH Europe’s veterinary clinic network.</span></p><p><span>This role ensures that leadership and field teams have access to timely, accurate, and actionable data to drive both clinical and commercial performance consistently across the business. Acting as a key connector between technical data teams and operational leaders, the role translates strategic priorities into meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights that support effective decision-making.</span></p><p><span>Operating at Group level, the role strengthens alignment between data, business impact, and usability, enabling leaders to proactively manage performance and outcomes across regions and clinics.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Performance Frameworks &amp; KPIs</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead the definition and continuous improvement of operational and clinical KPIs in alignment with strategic goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure performance metrics reflect both clinical outcomes and commercial impact.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Metrics, Dashboards &amp; Business Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Define clear business requirements for metrics and performance tracking dashboards that support decision-making at all levels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the central point of contact for operational dashboarding needs across Central Operations.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Data Collaboration &amp; Quality</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with Data &amp; Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, automation, and reliability of dashboard reporting tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support scalable and consistent performance reporting solutions across the business.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Performance Insight &amp; Decision Support</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support VPs, field operations teams, and clinic leaders with performance insights and data-driven recommendations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor trends, flag anomalies, and proactively communicate key operational and clinical performance issues.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Adoption, Coaching &amp; Enablement</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Provide coaching, training, and documentation to ensure effective adoption and consistent usage of dashboards across the organization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build data literacy and performance management capability within operational teams.</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Context and Scope</strong></span></p><p><span>This role operates at <strong>Group level</strong>, working in close collaboration with Data &amp; Analytics, Field Operations, Finance, and Medical teams. The Operations Performance Senior Manager acts as a critical bridge between technical data teams and operational leadership, ensuring KPIs and dashboards are aligned with business impact, clinical priorities, and usability in day-to-day operations.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Education &amp; Professional Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a numerate discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Certification in BI or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with systems and dashboard environments is
