Our Team:

The Data Artificial Intelligence group is focused on bringing a comprehensive strategic vision to incorporating AI within the department. We see our responsibilities as driving both the prioritization and implementation of AI methods within the Data Department, as well as standardizing and promoting Data as a partner in the development of AI-enhanced products throughout the firm through domain expertise and standard processes in HiTL methods. 

What's the role?

As a project manager for our generative AI Annotation program, you will be pivotal in the coordination of many enterprise-wide initiatives around data management. You will be responsible for providing updates to partners, leading scrum ceremonies, coordinating with internal partners to define cross-functional project requirements and client-facing deliverables with respect to generative AI products we are building in collaboration with Data, Product and Engineering. You will use your organization and interpersonal skills to oversee all aspects of our infrastructure enhancements, workflow efficiencies, and project engagements. You will play a crucial role in communicating deliverables with partners and checking in with the team to make sure expectations are met.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and create contingency plans as needed

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and partners in a timely and clear manner

  • Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and prepare reports for management

  • Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive decision-making to keep projects on track

  • Have experience leading diverse data and/or technical projects, balancing multiple projects and being able to context switch

  • Build relationships with internal and external partners globally to understand their business needs; build consensus and strategies to deliver on those needs

  • Demonstrate understanding of the client and their needs to drive priorities, define tiers of service, and build further business value from our datasets

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and partners on program status, including key metrics and milestones

  • Conduct post-program analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Use scrum/agile methodology and tools for issue tracking, backlog management, collaboration, and process improvement
