Description

Comprehensive Healthcare provides innovative Behavioral and Integrated Healthcare services to clients of all ages. We take pride in our creative, collaborative work environment and in delivering clinically excellent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.

Nurses for our outpatient clinics collaborate with various treatment teams to provide integrated, evidence-based treatment to clients. When possible, nurses will also coordinate with clients’ families or social supports to help position clients for success. Our programs have adopted trauma-informed principles to client care, so the nursing process will similarly take a respectful, client-centered approach. Training, continuing medical education, and regular supervision are provided as part of this position.

 

We are currently recruiting for RNs in our Outpatient Department in Yakima, WA.

  • Pay Rate Range: $29.16-$52.24 (Depending on Experience)
  • Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

 

  • Administering medications and monitoring clients’ response to medication
  • Advising families about medications and treatment
  • Completing nursing assessments
  • Participating in collaborative treatment planning for each client
  • Assessing clients for safety and risk to self or others
  • Promoting and guiding infection control efforts
  • Completing all clinical documentation in timely and thorough manner

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Active RN or LPN license in Washington State
  • Must have valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.
  • Prior Behavioral Health Experience Preferred
