What You Will Do
- Take ownership of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) orders from initiation through delivery, ensuring rapid resolution
- Resolve complex and highly visible logistics situations impacting critical operations
- Identify and execute optimal shipping solutions to meet urgent AOG timelines
- Locate and secure out-of-stock parts through internal sources and external suppliers
- Collaborate with warehouse, planning, purchasing, and technical operations to drive urgency and meet service commitments
- Support Technical Operations by assuming order management responsibilities during exceptional situations
- Monitor corridor sales orders to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Evaluate third-party parts for quality and compliance, including required documentation
- Develop process improvements to enhance AOG response efficiency and reduce backorders
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to support logistics execution
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 to 4 years of experience in shipping, material handling, logistics, or transportation
- Experience in materials handling and logistics operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance standards
- Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds on a regular basis (up to 50 pounds as needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be willing to work any scheduled shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in logistics corridors
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Receiving and Repair Station (RRS) or similar certification
- Familiarity with procurement processes, parts sourcing, and aviation logistics networks

Job Description
- Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery. .
- Identify optimum shipping options to meet and resolve AOG orders in the most expeditious manner. Use knowledge of shipping industry and options to satisfy AOG requirements.
- Directly involved in impacting OTC sales revenues.
- Strong familiarity with parts sources at all GAC locations, 3rd party parts providers, Inventory Locator Service (ILS) and alternatives channels.
- Instill a sense of urgency among functional counterparts in warehouse, planning and purchasing. Ensure conformance to and communicate AOG response policy.
