This role is on our Hiring Solutions team, responsible for helping large businesses find great talent to grow their organizations. You’d be playing a critical role in building a 0-1 agentic hiring product, bringing your creativity, leadership, and strategic input to drive innovation and develop new UI/UX paradigms in an AI native experience. We’re looking for designers who lead by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, content design, product management, engineering, marketing, data science, and AI. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process

  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements

  • Work with engineers to deliver final products

  • Ensure we are designing a high quality product and exceptional user experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in delivering large-scale projects independently; Projects are forward-thinking and shape the future of the business; Subject matter expert who owns a business area

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and vision for respective projects and teams

  • Strong ability to deliver design solutions for unstructured problems that have many dependencies

  • Excellent ability in visual communication

  • Experience in solving unstructured problems that have few dependencies; Embraces ambiguity and can transform it into effective, actionable plans

  • Strong ability to contribute ideas that influence product strategy on adjacent teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.


The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. For additional information, visit:
