We're Looking for PT CNA 7a-3p
Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.·         Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.·         Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.·         Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.·         Maintain a hygienic environment.·     ��   Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.·         Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.·         Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
