Responsibilities:

• Assist the Center Director in daily operations and management of the center.
• Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality educational experiences.
• Implement and uphold curriculum standards and compliance with licensing regulations.
• Facilitate communication between parents, staff, and the community.
• Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
• Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for children and families.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the center and attract new families.

Requirements:

• Experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early education practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Passion for nurturing young children and supporting their growth.
• Director credentials (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
