ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes day-to-day budget execution support - funds control, obligations tracking, spend plans, reprogramming actions, monthly variance reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 5–8 years federal budget experience
- Fluency with Oracle Federal Financials, CBS, or Momentum
- SF-132 / SF-133, apportionment, and reimbursable-agreement experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CGFM certification
- Prior NOAA or DOC experience
