The Benefits Generalist will assist, under the general supervision of the Benefits Manager, the administration of employee health and workers' compensation, programs. The Benefits Generalist will also assist in driving process improvement in various areas, developing communications, and assist with other project-based work as needed. The Benefits Generalist cross-trains with other Benefits personnel to support and back up coworkers when and where needed.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in Human Resources or closely related field or relevant working experience in lieu of education, Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years' experience or a combination of education and experience in a Human Resources department. Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting required.
