We are looking for a
Senior Manager Partner Solutions GLS Group (f/m/d)
GLS is an internationally positioned, profitable parcel service provider with a consistent track record over the last 20+ years.
Customer solutions provided by external companies play a vital role for our parcel business, including solutions for online retailers, supply chain solutions, shipping solutions, shop systems and marketplaces. In order to increase our business success with such partner’s solutions and strengthen collaboration, we are looking for a leader to build a small team for partner management at GLS Group level. You will play a key role in establishing and promoting partner management structures across the Group and orchestrating the cross-country cooperation of such functions.
You will be part of the leadership team within GLS Group IT.

What can you expect with us?

• You form the interface at group level to important international solution partners, identify opportunities for cooperation and establish contacts with GLS national companies
• You establish, improve and maintain technical integrations for relevant international partners
• You advise the GLS national companies on the establishment and further development of local partner management
• You monitor trends and market developments in the solution partner ecosystem and create transparency as a basis for management decisions and for prioritising investments
• You represent the interests of solution partners within the GLS organisation
• You work closely with other GLS functions at Group level (business and IT)

What do you bring to the table?

• Studies in the fields of (business) informatics, (business) engineering or business administration
• Professional experience of at least 8-10 years with proven track record in partner solutions, either with a solution partner or a logistics company
• Proven leadership skills and experience in working with Senior Management stakeholders
• Comprehensive and practical understanding of (logistics) business and IT processes
• Very good moderation and presentation skills
• Experience abroad
• Excellent and proven communication skills in English; German is an advantage
