About the role
<p>Our client is a European consulting group specialised in corporate real estate and workplace environments, combining business, digital and technology expertise.<br>With offices across several European countries, the group has been supporting large public and private organisations for more than 25 years in transforming their work environments, processes and digital tools.<br><br>The organisation employs close to 200 professionals, including a strong digital practice dedicated to the integration of workplace and real estate management solutions (IWMS / real estate ERPs).<br><br>In the context of continued growth and increasing project demand, our client is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Medior Business Analyst.</p><p>As a Medior Business Analyst, you will work on digital projects related to corporate real estate and workplace management. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and market-standard digital solutions, with a strong consulting mindset.<br><br>You will typically work on multiple projects in parallel, alongside senior consultants, project managers and technical experts.<br><br><strong>Business analysis & consulting</strong></p><ul><li>Understand client business challenges related to corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, hybrid working, maintenance and space management.</li><li>Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements through interviews and workshops.</li><li>Propose pragmatic, value-driven solutions aligned with market-standard tools.<br><br><strong>Digital solutions & functional expertise</strong></li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.</li><li>Contribute to the configuration and setup of existing software solutions (no heavy development).</li><li>Work with IWMS / real estate ERP solutions used in the market.</li><li>Analyse and extract data when required (basic SQL knowledge is a plus).</li></ul><p><br><strong>Project delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in projects delivered using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.</li><li>Support testing, user acceptance, documentation and user enablement.</li><li>Manage multiple project contexts and priorities simultaneously.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Client interaction</strong></p><ul><li>Interact with business and management stakeholders.</li><li>Take part in client workshops, presentations and project meetings.</li><li><p>Demonstrate a strong consulting posture and customer-oriented mindset.</p><p> </p></li></ul>
<p>Profile</p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or IT Consultant.</li><li>Experience with ERP, IWMS or business applications.</li><li>Strong functional analysis and requirement modelling skills.</li><li>Comfortable working with configurable market solutions.</li><li>Understanding of data concepts; basic SQL is appreciated.</li><li>High level of autonomy, ownership and initiative.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-growing, evolving organisation.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Languages :</strong></p><ul><li>Dutch: native or near-native level required</li><li><p>French and English: professional working proficiency</p><p> </p></li></ul>
