Position Title:     Head of Site Rollouts Team
Location:      US

Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Leader, to work closely to lead and manage rollout of complex corporate applications. We are looking for a leader who has experience in managing a large data conversion team, plan and manage enablement of applications to new business sites. Leader should have experience in managing of multi-cloud cut-over planning for large business transformation program.

What you’ll do

•    Build a team of data conversion specialist to create repeatable conversion methodology
•    Plan and execute application enablement for group of sites in a repeatable process
•    Collaborate with IT leaders, Business, and Site leaders to enable business transformation on a timely basis
•    Plan and execute parallel rollouts
•    Stay abreast of the latest Oracle functionalities and industry trends.
•    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Experience:
o    Minimum of 10-15 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ, Oracle Business application and experience to manage large cut-over planning and execution.
o    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
o    Proven experience managing multi-cloud application rollout

•    Technical Expertise:
o    Expertise in Oracle technology.
o    Knowledge of oracle applications
o    Experience in data migrations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
•    Functional Knowledge:
o    Deep knowledge of business processes with experience in ITGC controls
o    Ability to engage with functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.
•    Communication and Leadership:
o    Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships, and to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
•    Experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
