Become a maker of possible with us. </p><p></p><p>Job Grade/Group: JG1-H05</p><p>PCP Level: 3</p><p>Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. | Rotating Nights | B Shift</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>HYPO Operators will be responsible for production on their designated lines as well as various other departmental tasks. </p></li><li><p>They may be trained on any or all of the processes in the department to help fill production needs. </p></li><li><p>This includes Safety Glide, Needle Inline Process, Multi-Vacs, Integra, North/ South Molding, Purehub,  Plastipak, PSD and the Utility role. </p></li><li><p>They may perform visual inspections as well as assembly or packaging operations. </p></li><li><p>Will be responsible for achieving production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment. </p></li><li><p>May require the use of 10x microscopes, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges. </p></li><li><p>May be required to perform SAP data entries. </p></li><li><p>This associate will cover for absences and vacations to help maintain normal production outputs. </p></li><li><p>Will perform rework for the department as needed. </p></li><li><p>Other tasks will include: ensuring the production schedule is followed, processing SAP and MES transactions for the department, driving completion of rework, assisting with the BDA process, participating on blitz teams for the department, as well as any other duties assigned by the Unit Coordinator.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Education and/or Experience:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum education; High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years industrial, manufacturing experience required.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read, write and speak English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
