We are looking for a Principal QA Automation Engineer to spearhead our quality efforts in the US and India. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing automation strategies, building a high-performing QA process, and ensuring the quality of our product releases. This role requires a hands-on approach to automation development, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of QA engineers. In this role, you will lead automation efforts for our flagship product - Predict, and establish comprehensive dashboards for monitoring and analysis.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation.

• Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks.

• Proven ability to build automation from scratch.

• Experience with API testing and tools such as DataDog Synthetics.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and defect trending.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Prior experience in a lead role is preferred.

• Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and RestAssured.
