Part-Time | Evening Shift | Hospitality with Heart
Are you a people-person with a knack for making guests feel right at home? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, TownePlace Suites Buckhead is looking for a Front Desk Agent (PM Shift) to be the welcoming face of our hotel!
What You’ll Be Doing:🔹 Guest Experience Guru – Greet guests with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, and ensure a seamless stay.🔹 Problem-Solving Pro – Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any challenges with a can-do attitude.🔹 Multitasking Master – Manage reservations, process payments, and provide local recommendations.🔹 Team Player – Support other departments as needed to create a smooth and memorable guest experience.🔹 Ambassador of Comfort – Ensure the lobby remains inviting and organized while maintaining brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:✅ Hospitality Enthusiast – Prior front desk, customer service, or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome great personalities!✅ Outgoing & Engaging – You love talking to people and making them feel at home.✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can juggle tasks while keeping an eye on the little things.✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using hotel reservation systems and POS software.✅ Flexible & Reliable – Available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Schedule:This part-time role primarily covers evening shifts (PM Shift) and requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:✔ Standing for extended periods✔ Lifting up to 25 lbs✔ Active and hands-on role
