ATS’ Global Services team is a dynamic, change-leading team that drives the delivery of value-driven Services to our customers worldwide.  Service is a growing component of the overall delivery of value to ATS’ customers globally and offers an opportunity for an opportunistic individual to create a well-defined offer structure of high-value service solutions to drive ongoing value.    

 

The Global Services Segment is looking for driven, commercially competent, and technically orientated Service Account Manager to drive bookings to plan within the acceptable margins tolerance and contribute to our customer satisfaction (NPS) scores by exceeding customer expectations. The Services Account Manager will pro-actively develop our understanding of customer’s assets, identify where our standard service products add value through the life cycle of the machines, develop the business case to justify the customer’s purchase decision and deliver that value proposition to customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable and mutually profitable relationships with customers through pro-active business development efforts. 
  • Exceed bookings targets and individual key performance indicators (KPI’s).  
  • Identify and assess customers’ assets and needs. 
  • Develop our asset intelligence and manage your pipeline daily through CRM.  
  • Proactively contact current and potential customers to educate them on the company’s services and develop business opportunities. 
  • Review and support the development of our service proposal content and sales prices to ensure they concisely articulate our value proposition and meet margin goals. 
  • Ensure we deliver technical and value service proposals in a timely fashion that exceeds customer expectations.  
  • Leverage Regional Service Resources and their geographic proximity to customers in the development of opportunities when it adds value.  
  • Accurately forecast bookings on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions and file documents using CRM, ERP, and other available technologies.  
  • Attending meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest customer service product developments.  
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures. 
  • Adhere to all International Standardization Organization (ISO) Procedures/Forms/ Work Instructions and department procedures.  
  • Support and participate in Quality Management Program.  
  • Off-hour availability may be required. 
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct. 

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a service environment.  
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.  
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written 
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented personality who operates well in a goal-oriented environment. 
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail. Proposal writing is a key part of this role. 
  • Comfortable with up selling and pro-actively developing new opportunities. 
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Windows. 
  • Experience with CRM use and pipeline management. 
  • Automation equipment experience is a plus.
