We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Front Desk & Lead Nurture Specialist to join our team. This role is more than checking people in- you'll be the heartbeat of our business, following up with leads, booking trials, and making sure every visitor feels like a VIP.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing & Sales Support

• Call, Text and email incoming leads within minutes
• Schedule trials and assessments
• Follow up with no-shows and former members
• Track and update lead statuses in our CRM
• Assist with promotions, referrals, and events

Front Desk Operations

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm 
• Manage check-ins, waivers, and facility cleanliness
• Answer phones, respond to DMs and assist with retail sales
• Support coaches and General Manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly and confident communicator
• Comfortable on the phone and in person
• Highly organized and detail- oriented
• Previous fitness, sales, or front desk experience a plus
• Must be available some weekends

Bonus If You Have: 

• Familiarity with Mindbody system
• Experience in a gym, studio or athletic facility
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - not required, but helpful

Job Type: Part-time


Pay: $14-$17 per hour + performance bonuses (Potential for growth into full-time or leadership roles)

• Morning Shift 5:00 am to 10:00 am

Weekly day range:

• Monday - Friday 
• Weekend availability as needed

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
